Düsseldorf IKP Immobiliengruppe acts as broker for PENNY in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel
The food discounter PENNY, which belongs to the REWE Group, is coming to the Belsenpark in the Düsseldorf district Oberkassel.
A new PENNY concept will be realised on a total floor space of around 800 m² on the site of the former Super Bio Markt.
IKP Immobiliengruppe acted as agent for this project. PENNY has signed a long-term lease at the new Düsseldorf location.
"The location in Belsenpark will be a kind of "lighthouse" for the REWE Group and PENNY respectively due to its special concept, which is characterised by its modernity and individuality," said Lars Kuchenbuch, Managing Director of IKP Immobiliengruppe.
