Erfurt IKP engaged to sell new building project DasJOHANN in Erfurt
The project developer RMA Management, Düsseldorf, is constructing more than 108 rental residences in the Johannesstadt borough of Erfurt.
The plan is to build a residential complex with 108 rental residences, a commercial unit and an underground car park with 116 parking spaces. The project developer RMA Management is planning the project around Johannesplatz, the former centre of the borough, which is the subject of a development plan issued by the city of Erfurt. The design for the new construction was developed by the architecture firm SCHÖN, Erfurt, in close cooperation with the urban planning and design advisory board. A modern architectural concept with attractive rental residences is scheduled for completion at Johannesplatz by the middle of 2023.
