Düsseldorf Cologne: H & M extends long-term in Schildergasse
As part of an exclusive consultancy mandate from the owners, IKP Immobiliengruppe advised and brokered the extension of the lease with H & M Hennes & Mauritz B. V. & Co. KG in the property Schildergasse 98-102 in Cologne's top 1a location.
With the extension of the lease for the approx. 4,400 m² rental unit, H & M is committing itself to the top 1a location in Cologne's city centre in these challenging times.
