Brunswick Brunswick: Zara extends lease in the city centre
IKP Immobiliengruppe has brokered the extension of the lease with ZARA Deutschland for the prime location at Damm 16 in Brunswick on behalf of an institutional investor within the scope of an exclusive consultancy engagement.
The extension of the lease for the approximately 1,900 m² of the rental unit represents ZARA’s commitment to the Brunswick site in these challenging times.
