Ludwigshafen IKP Immobiliengruppe facilitates sale of Sparkasse at Berliner Platz in Ludwigshafen
The Düsseldorf branch of IKP Immobiliengruppe provided intermediary services during the sale process of the Sparkasse complex at Berliner Platz in Ludwigshafen, which was built in the 1970s.
It is the former headquarters of the Sparkasse Rhein-Pfalz, which became the Sparkasse Vorderpfalz after merging with two other Stadtsparkasse branches in 2013. The building, which was acquired by Pro Concept AG, has a total floor space of approximately 6,000 m². By the end of March 2021 at the latest, the employees still working in the building will move to other premises of the Sparkasse so that Pro Concept AG will have full access to the property in May 2021. Pro Concept believes there is great potential in the property and plans to continue using the space for office purposes.
