Berlin Berlin: Little Green Rabbit opens in the City West
"Little Green Rabbit" opens at the beginning of April on approx. 400 m² in the property at Tauentzienstraße 16, corner of Marburgerstraße.
The fast-casual concept is represented in the health food segment with three locations in Berlin so far under the motto "We have the salad". At Little Green Rabbit, everything revolves around salad, which guests can either put together as they wish or fall back on popular creations.
The company made active and forward-looking use of the standstill phases during the pandemic. Among other things, a franchise system was developed to establish the concept throughout Germany within the next few years.
The lease was brokered by IKP Immobiliengruppe. The owner of the property is the investment manager Redevco, Düsseldorf, which acquired the property in 2017. The main tenant of the building is the Douglas perfumery.
