Hagen: IKP places sale of real estates in Hagen

The real estate company IKP Kuchenbuch & Partner, specialise in the sale and the letting of retail properties in prime locations, successfully placed the sale of the properties Hohenzollernstrasse 2 and 4 in Hagen to a private investor.

The real estates were before in the possession of the project developer RMA from Duesseldorf, which revitalized the premises. The purchase price for both real estates is located in the two million range.

The IKP supported the RMA also by planning the new retail spaces. Now they correspond to the modern requirements of retail. Well spaced retail areas were created in the Hohenzollernstrasse 2, which were already rented by McDonald’s last year. Due to this lease McDonald´s definitely improved their location in Hagen. The second store in the premises was rented by Das Depot this year.

Yamamay, which was located on the Elberfelder Strasse 29 before and Geers Hoerakustik moved in the neighbouring real estate Hohenzollernstrasse 4 this year.

Before the RMA developed and sold the real estate Hohenzollerstrasse 1-11 in co-operation with the Codic, a real estate and project development company from Duesseldorf, in which Drogerie Mueller moved in. The letting and the sale were also realized by the IKP.

It was successful to enormously upgrade the Hohenzollernstrasse and to develop it to one of the top shopping streets in Hagen.
